Feathers Macaw Parrot Fancy Dress Costume
Pretty as a Parrot, this vibrant costume includes an off the shoulder red dress with multi coloured feather like edging the neckline. The skirt is a tutu style with different coloured layers of semi sheer fabric and a solid blue lining.
To complete the look, a set of glittery parrot wings which velcro to the back and have a fastening for around the wrist which fastens with velcro and a red headband with a parrot face design.
